Our mission

Priorities start with taking care of our customers and building relationships between business and outdoor recreation — with a focus on educating businesses on the value of camping and the campground industry.

"We will always show appreciation for what we have and continuously look for opportunities to earn what we do not. Always using our moral compass, we will present the highest degree of ethical business practices. We will compete to win, and we will rise to the occasion."

Peter Warrick

Founder & Visionary

Born in Detroit in 1947 and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Peter graduated from Fort Lauderdale High in 1966 and went on to Broward Community College. He started at Burger King in 1965 and rose to Regional Manager before leaving in 1973 to found Southeast Publications USA, Inc.

Under his vision, the agency grew to serve 1,300+ clients annually with Marina Maps, Fairground Directories, Hotel/Motel Room Guides, Guest Guides, Campus Guides, Real Estate Guides, Shopping Center Directories, Chamber of Commerce Maps, and Golf Guides.

Peter was deeply civic-minded — Prestige Club, Crime Stoppers of Broward, Boys and Girls Club, 100 Club, the Sheriffs Advisory Council, the Florida Highway Patrol Advisory Council, the Jaycees and Kiwanis, and many more. His legacy continues today through his son Wally Warrick, the current CEO.

1945 — 2012

Wayne H. Morris

Vice President

Wayne married Carlene in Forsyth, GA in 1973. A truck driver for Howard Johnson for 20 years and a lifelong RVer, he and Carlene left Kentucky in a 35-foot 5th wheel on January 30, 1986 and never looked back.

In 1990, Wayne and Carlene joined Southeast Publications. For 22 years his partnership helped Peter Warrick scale the company, leading the sales force by example and building recruiting and training programs that drove success for every Sales Associate.

Wayne also served on the board of KOA Care Camps. Through his influence, Southeast Publications has raised and donated over $550,000 since 1994 to send children with cancer to camp. Carlene continues on today as Vice President.
