How soon can I get started?+
Right away. Once you fill out our online application, a member of the SEPI Team will be in touch to do an interview and send you additional paperwork. Expect approximately 2 weeks from the time we have all paperwork collected to the time you can be at your first job.
Do you tell me where to go?+
No — you tell us where you want to go. You let us know the areas you'd most like to travel and our team will work to find you the most profitable jobs as close to those areas as possible.
How do I find jobs?+
You'll have a whole team working with you. Our in-house Inventory Manager uses the latest mapping software to plan your route. You're also paired with an experienced trainer/mentor who teaches you to use our online database and SEPI resources to find the best, most profitable jobs.
Do you offer more ways to make money?+
Yes. We have the most robust digital offerings in the industry and our consultants earn additional commissions from all of them — web design, web hosting, social media management and more. Our Online Campground Reservation and Management System is taking the RV and Camping industry by storm, generating ongoing monthly passive income.
What experience is needed?+
A background in sales is a big bonus. But if you have a love of RV camping, a desire to help others grow their businesses, and enjoy talking with people, we'd love to speak further with you.
Is there training?+
Yes — the most in-depth training program in the industry. You'll be paired with one of our experienced trainers (active Associates themselves). After remote training, your trainer stays on to mentor you through your first three jobs from start to finish.
How many jobs per year do I need to work?+
We require a minimum of 8 jobs per year. Most team members want to work much more than 8 once they see the profit potential.
How long until I start making money?+
Your completed job is sent to the home office within 72 hours of completion. All receivables and statements are mailed by Customer Service, with cash receipts posted daily. Vouchers are generated each Wednesday for the previous week's receipts, with direct deposit of commissions within 48 hours of the weekly voucher run.
